Dancers Pivot Into New Role: Entrepreneur

Dancers who succeed on the big stage have immense talent, but struggle through financial hardships. To support themselves, they take on odd jobs like working at the front desk of a health spa or helping a jeweler to increase their distribution. Allison Patel, who stopped dancing in 2004, took the talents she learned while dancing and from all of the odd jobs she picked up throughout the years and became an entrepreneur. Her first business venture; opening up a whiskey distillery in France called Brenne Whiskey, a company now fetching profitable sales.
