2015 Creative Age Dates Announced

The dates for next year’s The Creative Age: National Leadership Exchange and Conference on Creative Aging in America have officially been set! We invite you to Washington, DC to participate in a dynamic leadership exchange and training institute with your peers in healthcare, the arts, and aging from across the globe.

We’ve heavily reviewed the input from this year’s session, and are applying the lessons learned to make next year even better for our wonderful participants. We’re excited to spend three days with you immersed in all things creative aging: May 19, 20, and 21, 2015.

The Creative Age conference will contribute to the White House Conference on Aging (WHCoA), a conference held once every ten years, focusing on recommendations to improve the lives of older adults in our country. WHCoA will convene virtual and onsite town hall meetings and piggy back on local, state and national convening like ours to ensure widespread participation in this important process. We look forward to working with you all to give creative expression a presence at this once-in-a-decade event!

In order to ensure that NCCA and our partners contribute all that we can to the field, we’re holding a Fall Forum of open discussions and webinar presentations, beginning in September. Also coming soon is an invitation for proposals focusing on the arts, research, and business of creative aging.

We’re already looking forward to next year, and to sharing the joy in all of your great work.
